Week 2 Prior to Launch - Train Associates on How to Use Digital Tools and Ensure All Alarms Are Working

Check Alarms

The Club Manager will check all alarms to make sure their working properly and reach out to the local police department and let them know the club will be closed between 11:30 pm – 4 am.

Digital

Club Managers or designated Assistant Managers should lead a discussion with Overnight associates and the Overnight Assistant Manager on the following:

  • How to use a handheld (MC40 or TC70)
  • PlanIt App
    • PlanIt App streamlines communication with you team.
    • Record personal notes visible only to you.
    • Create and assign daily notes during store tours and detailed 4x4 tour notes during department deep dives.
  • Scan and Go
    • How to enroll a member in Scan and Go
  • How to use Own Your Inventory (OYI) application
    • This will help to provide actionable, interactive information to better manage Club inventory and audit processes, thus solving for replenishment and lost sales opportunities.
