Facility Keys for Team Leads
To further develop high-potential associates, Club Managers are now empowered to select up to four Team Leads to carry and utilize facility keys for the entirely of their shift. This will allow Team Leads the ability to open and close the club when a salaried manager isn’t present at the club. Click here for information on the selection process.
