Club Pickup Responsibilities
To focus on the overall member experience, we have separated the Club Pickup tasks between two Work Groups - Member Team and Merchandising Team. The part of the process Member Team will be responsible for is dispensing because associates in this Work Group are the experts on dispensing orders accurately, utilizing the registers and providing excellent member service.
