Why Skills Train?
Back in November, clubs were asked to begin cross training (now called skills training) in preparation for the move to four work groups; however, since you were unaware work groups were coming, you may have not seen the importance of it.
Now that associates will be staffed in new areas of the club, you will see very quickly that the amount of skills training an associate receives will go hand-in-hand with their ability to do every task in the work group. It will be imperative that skills training is conducted with each associate so they are knowledgeable about club operations and can better serve our members.
