Q What is a block schedule?
A: Block Schedules create two shifts for our non-salaried full-time associates, one AM and one PM seven days a week, giving base coverage across the day. Block schedules are eight-hour shifts with consistent days off every week.
Q: Why are we implementing a block schedule?
A: It will help provide more stability for our full-time, non-salaried associates.
Q: How will associates be placed in a block schedule?
A: Associates should be placed into a block scheduled based on his/her work group, tenure with the company and availability.
Q Will management work a block schedule?
A: No. All salaried-management positions will remain scheduled as they currently are right now.
Q: Will Team Leads have set schedules, going forward?
A: Yes. All Team leads will be on a block schedule – either AM or PM.
Q: When will we see the opening and closing shifts generate in My Club Schedule?
A: They will generate three weeks prior to the launch date in your club.
