At Sam’s Club, we have three strategic pillars - People, Product and Digital. This focus gives us a clear direction where we’re heading as a company and guides us as we make decisions about the business.
Today, we are introducing new ways of working as it relates to how we manage people processes. We’re working to enable our leaders in supervisory roles to own every aspect of people management in the club. We’re also creating efficiencies in how we work by using People Solutions, Workday and other digital tools. As part of the new ways of working, the Personnel Training Coordinator (PTC) position will be eliminated. The current PTC responsibilities will be assigned to other associates in the club.
