The goal of this project is to enable our leaders in supervisory roles to own every aspect of people management in the club and use technology to create efficiencies in how we work by using People Solutions, Workday and other digital tools. Given this, each of the tasks in the chart below will be assigned to salaried members of management and team leads. Tasks must be completed by the “owner” and then verified by a designated associate. The Club Manager should provide verification unless otherwise noted below.
