Q. Who/what is PennyMac and Allstate?

A. As a top direct national mortgage lender, PennyMac is committed to providing their customers with a range of innovative solutions to help them purchase, refinance or simply remain in their homes. Whether they’re first-time buyers who are new to the loan process or someone who is specifically seeking a competitive Conventional, FHA, Jumbo or VA loan, PennyMac is dedicated to offering great rates and unparalleled service.

 

Allstate will offer Insurance for Auto, Home, Life, Motorcycle, Renters, Boat, Landlord, Condo, Off-road vehicle, and Business Insurance, Retirement and Investment products, and Banking services for our Members.

 

The local Allstate agent works and lives in your area and knows the ins and outs of your community. Come into the club for a quote, to ask questions or to compare the policy you currently have with what Allstate has to offer. They’re here to help you protect what’s important to you.

 

Q. What are they going to sell in our clubs?

A. Home mortgages, insurance for Auto, Home, Life, Motorcycle, Renters, Boat, Landlord, Condo, Off-road vehicle, and Business Insurance, Retirement and Investment products, and Banking services for our Members.

 

Q: How will members be able to tell the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives from Sam’s Club associates?

A: The PennyMac/ Allstate representative will not represent or identify themselves as Sam’s Club associates. They will wear business casual attire and a nametag identifying them as a PennyMac/ Allstate representative.

 

Q: Who do the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives report to at the club?

A: The PennyMac/ Allstate representatives do not report to any member of club management. The Club Manager, however, is responsible for the service of all members and should email opsexec@samsclub.com if there are any issues with the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives.

 

Q: Can Sam’s Club associates give direction to the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives?

A: No, the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives are in the club to engage members and sell third-party services. Any other daily tasks should be taken care of by a Sam’s Club associate.

 

Q: Can the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives go in the backroom?

A: No, the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives are not authorized to use areas of the club designated for Sam’s Club associates only.

 

Q: What if my PennyMac/ Allstate representative receives a member complaint, or if there are any other concerns?

A: Report any/all of this activity to a member of club management. The management associate should share the message with her/his Club Manager who should opsexec@samsclub.com. Sam’s Club management and associates should not provide feedback, direction, coaching, etc. directly to the PennyMac/ Allstate representative.

 

Q: What if a PennyMac/ Allstate representative is suspected of inappropriate conduct while working at Sam’s Club?

A: Sam’s Club associates should immediately report the incident to a member of club management. The Sam’s manager should work with your Market Manager and opsexec@samsclub.com to identify appropriate next steps.

 

Q: Will the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives receive a free Sam’s Club membership?

A: No, the PennyMac/ Allstate representatives do not receive a free Sam’s Club membership.

 

Q: Will PennyMac/ Allstate perform background checks on its in-club representatives?

A: Yes.
