The Great Asda Adventure - We did it!

A huge well done to everyone who took part in The Great Asda Adventure, we reached an incredible 85,836,233 steps – smashing our target of 55 million steps!


We’ve rambled, ran, dog-walked, climbed, nature-hunted and even kayaked our way across the country, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week – to recognise the benefits of being in nature to help to sustain good mental health during challenging times.


Research from the Mental Health Foundation has shown a strong link between access to green space, such as fields, forests, parks and gardens, and a reduced risk of mental ill-health and improved mood, and you can find out more about this here.
