Mental health awareness week

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, from Monday 18th to Sunday 24th May. Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, it aims to support good mental health for all, something that’s always important, and even more so right now.

 

You may have heard of #breakthestigma when it comes to mental illness, which is all about raising awareness around mental ill health, eliminating stereotypes and misconceptions.

 

Our Wellbeing Colleague Resource Group (CRG) are going one step further with our #whatstigma. The ambition is for conversations around mental health to become so normal - that stigma just can’t exist.

 

To achieve this, we all have a part to play in creating a culture which is open an honest about mental health. Hear the inspiring story of our colleague Seb and his mental health journey, as we all work towards #whatstigma.
