Looking after your wellbeing

This week we've marked World Wellbeing Week. It’s a particularly good time for us all to think about our own wellbeing, as well as thinking about the role we play in supporting others.

There are six strands to wellbeing – emotional, physical, social, community, financial and career – and so many factors that can affect all of these.

 

Thank you to everyone who has got involved with activities throughout the week and spent time talking to each other about what it means to you.

Our emotional wellbeing, or mental health, is more important than ever at the moment and it’s key that we make our own and others’ wellbeing a priority as we continue throughout this situation.
