If you leave your job or are working reduced hours, you can extend your Walmart medical plan's coverage and pay the full cost yourself until you get new coverage. Plus you can still access My Mental Health Resources.

Cover the cost
 

You’ll need to pay the full cost of your coverage, plus a 2% administrative fee (50% administrative fee in cases of the 11-month disability extension). There’s no cost for mental health resources.

Don’t wait!
 

You have 60 days to sign up for continuation coverage, from the date you lost coverage or the date you're notified, whichever is later. Mental health coverage is automatic.
